Sponsorship

Just like in previous years, the conference could not happen without sponsors. Based on experience from previous years, we have defined three variants of sponsorship "packages" with different amounts and benefits. If you would like to do some changes to the benefits, let us know - we are unable to change them for this year, but we will consider your request when preparing the next one.

Gold

• contribution: 30.000 CZK
• 8 free tickets (for the main conference only, does int apply to trainings)
• logo placed on home page of the conference (for year 2018)
• logo placed on the page listing conference partners
• information materials (brochure and up to two A4 sheets) into the bag handed over to each attendee at the registration desk
• banner / roll-up placed in the front part of the conference hall (behind/next to the speaker)
• information table / booth next to the registration desk
• number of sponsors on this level is limited to three

Silver

• contribution: 15.000 CZK
• 5 free tickets (for the main conference only, does int apply to trainings)
• logo placed on the page listing conference partners
• information materials (up to two A4 sheets) into the bag handed over to each attendee at the registration desk
• banner / roll-up placed in the front part of the conference hall (behind/next to the speaker)

Bronze

• contribution: 7.000 Kč
• 2 free tickets (for the main conference only, does int apply to trainings)
• logo placed on the page listing conference partners
• information materials (one A4 sheet) into the bag handed over to each attendee at the registration desk

Additional conditions

The sponsorship does not include any "speaker" slots (opening/closing keynotes or regular talks). You are welcome to submit talk proposals through the regular process, but all talks are selected independently of sponsorship.

Requests for sponsorship will be handled on a "first come - first serve" basis (applies especially to the Gold level, as the number of sponsors on this level is limited).

Information materials (that should be put into the registration packages), rollups etc. can be sent directly to the conference venue, about 14 days before the conference. We'll provide the address on request.
